Daniel is a fourth-year undergraduate with a concentration in Physical Chemistry (UCLA 2026). His research focuses on isolating and discovering new pathways in the oxidation of aromatic hydrocarbons. Currently, he is investigating toluene's H-abstraction pathway. Outside of the lab, his hobbies include making song remixes, playing chess, and thinking of a third hobby.

Arthur is an undergraduate researcher in the class of 2026 studying biochemistry. His research interests include synthesis and modeling for atmospheric chamber experiments. In his free time, he enjoys drawing, playing video games, and cooking.

Shareen graduated from UC Irvine with a BS in chemistry and then worked in industry for a few years before starting graduate school at UCLA in 2023. Some of her interests include fashion, trying new restaurants and her cat, Bo.
Shareen graduated from UCLA with a masters in Chemistry and is now working at the startup Mango HQ out of Marina Del Ray.
Nilya was an undergraduate researcher in the class of 2025. Her research interests included studying the ROONO intermediate in the reaction forming alkyl nitrate, as well as characterizing carbonyl ring closing mechanisms. In her free time she enjoys crocheting, listening to music, and going to concerts.
Nilya graduated UCLA with a B.S. in Biochemistry from UCLA. She will be continuing her chemistry journey at UC Davis in the Physical Chemistry PhD program
Ella was a 4th year chemistry major at UCLA, class of 2025, working with Cooper. She is from San Francisco, and outside of lab, enjoys doing yoga, reading, and going to concerts
Ella graduated with a B.S. in Chemistry from UCLA. She got a job out of undergrad working as a quality control associate at Amgen
Faye was a fourth-year undergraduate studying chemistry and atmospheric and oceanic sciences at UCLA, class of 2025. Their research focused on the use of chamber experiments to study product formation ratios of bimolecular peroxy radical reactions. In their free time, they enjoy rock climbing, backpacking, and concert-going.
Faye graduated with a B.S. in Chemistry from UCLA.
